This year’s snowbird season is shaping up to be a strong one as we continue to adapt to the post-COVID market landscape.  Our focused strategy of welcoming and actively targeting snowbirds has consistently driven significant revenue growth for property owners partnered with B/R.  For January and February 2025, we are pacing approximately 28% ahead of the market in revenue, thanks to our commitment to maximizing the snowbird audience.

Spring 2025 is set to be an occupancy-driven season, with a few key weeks where we’ll focus on driving rates.  March is trending softer compared to previous years, while April shows strong performance, bolstered by a later Easter holiday.  To capitalize on these trends, we’re running targeted Spring promotions and strategically timing our marketing efforts based on historical booking patterns.  This proactive approach ensures we’re capturing demand as it emerges.

Summer Expectations:

Summer 2025 holds promising potential, and our pricing strategy reflects confidence in strong demand.  While some competitors have started to reduce rates prematurely, we remain steadfast in our approach.  Our historical booking trends indicate a later booking curve compared to other companies in our market, allowing us to remain patient and avoid unnecessary early discounts.  This strategy positions us to outperform the market again this year, leveraging our deep market understanding and commitment to maximizing owner returns.
