FREE MAINTENANCE!
We offer a progressive maintenance program with FREE MAINTENANCE. We simply charge for parts/materials on maintenance work orders. Should a vendor be needed, only the fee from the vendor is charged to owners. No additional administrative costs are applied.

OPTIONAL COMMISSION PROGRAMS
We offer a range of competitive commission options including “Bookings -By-Owner Plus Brett/Robinson” (BBO+BR) and “Bookings-By-Owner” (BBO) programs. These proprietary programs are offered at a reduced commission rate!
EARNINGS AND OVERSIGHT
Our success as the market leader is built on maximizing each unit’s year-round revenue. This is achieved through increased off-season bookings, including large groups and event-sponsored bookings, as well as providing personalized service and large-scale consumer reach, which no small vacation company can offer. Rental earnings are direct- deposited each month into the bank account of your choice. You have access to the Owner’s Website with a personalized page where you can view guest reservation listings, real-time maintenance work orders, and monthly financial statements. The Lodging Tax – covering the city, county, and state – is also collected from the guest and disbursed on the owner’s behalf.
STAFF AVAILABLE 24/7
The dedicated staff at Brett/Robinson provides personalized service for you and your guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Many of our Onsite Service Desks are staffed 24 hours per day. Housekeeping and Maintenance are staffed daily until 11 p.m. and are available “on-call” for emergencies after 11 p.m.
QUICK TURNAROUND OF RENTALS
With the majority of our buildings having the best onsite housekeeping staff, and the fact that we own and operate a commercial laundry facility in Orange Beach to clean our luxurious high-thread-count linens and towels, we have the market cornered for the quick turnaround of rental units. We are also well-equipped to find accidental guest damage and take appropriate action to remedy the issue, all while keeping you informed.
